Nature provides everything that is most important.

We add knowledge and love.

That's how ORO is created.

ORO is a high-quality extra virgin olive oil made from carefully selected varieties: Leccino, Pendolino and Istrian Bjelica. Our olives are picked by hand at the optimal moment of ripeness, and processing begins in our mill immediately after picking. The oil is obtained by cold pressing, with minimal use of water and without additional heat or chemicals.

This method of processing preserves maximum nutritional value and guarantees superior freshness and an intense, balanced flavor.

ORO is rich in polyphenols and powerful antioxidants that contribute to heart health, reduce inflammation and slow down cell aging. It also contains a high percentage of oleic acid, which makes it easy to digest and has a positive effect on cholesterol levels. Thanks to the natural content of vitamin E, each spoonful of oil contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

We take care of every step in the production process – from tree to bottle. Thanks to the renowned Pieralisi brand's facility, located in the olive groves themselves, urban olives don't wait, but are processed immediately. This ensures complete freshness.

ORO has a low acidity (0.2%) and a pronounced aroma, with notes of green fruit and slight bitterness - which are the characteristics of only premium olive oils.

It goes well with fresh salads, fish, meat, roasted vegetables, as well as with warm bread - just a few drops are enough to turn a meal into a treat.

This oil is not just a food additive – it is a product that preserves the best of nature, transformed into a quality that you can easily recognize.

ORO is more than a taste – it's a way of showing how much we love the country and those we work for.

A culture of taste, born from the earth

Our olive groves are located in Zeta, which offers excellent conditions for growing olives – fertile soil, plenty of sunshine and a mild Mediterranean climate. It is here, through a combination of nature and family dedication, that our ORO extra virgin olive oil is created.
